Lead on engagements with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle (start up to enterprise) to solve problems from business strategy to technical implementation with customized teams designed around the client. As the lead on the engagement, Product Architects were responsible for aligning expectations, budget & capabilities while managing project risk to maximize the chances for success.

Started a new business focused on passive real estate investment in the Northeast Ohio market providing quality housing to the community. To date, have added over 90k of additional value & turned around 4 multi family properties.

Primary responsibility was for managing the companies Client engagements while building out key business functions to develop our product roadmap & internal operations for human capital management, recruiting, program management and program management.

Served as a Recruiting program manager during a period of transition the firm from a founder led organization to an institution supporting multiple departments with sustainable processes & turn around programs (when necessary) to ensure the firm was attracting & hiring exceptional talent for the world’s largest hedge fund.

Steered vision, strategy, and roadmap for $13M program for infrastructure lifecycle management tools impacting 5,000 users. Headed team of 30+ business analysts, developers, and infrastructure engineers. Led customer engagement, project prioritization, executive sponsorship, and change management. Established metrics to measure user satisfaction, areas of opportunity, and data accuracy. Built and managed supporting vendor relationships.

Built out a team of data scientists responsible for both developing & publishing analytics on the investment banks technologies overall capability to deliver against service level agreements for the front & middle office organizations. In addition to the analytics capabilities, the team also drove a continuous improvement program which engaged with leaders from all levels of the technology organization to identify opportunities & proactively mitigate issues based on business demand.
