I led Taiga Cloud to become Europe’s first, largest and cleanest purpose built Generative AI Cloud Service Provider. Taiga provided access to GenAI infrastructure for enterprises through to start-ups. Located in Northern Europe, Taiga was able to offer EU sovereignty and compliance; plus it powered its data centre with 100% carbon free energy with a PUE lower than 1.2 . I worked with an amazing Team, and together we were able to build the business from the ground up to exceed 2023 targets securing 9 figure contracts in 2024.

Focussed on the shared success of the AWS and Accenture Partnership, across EMEA. I led the Go-to-Market for jointly created cloud solutions designed to solve some of the biggest transformation, migration and growth problems faced by customers.

Proud to have led GFT's award winning Google Alliance, during which time we were recognised by Google as the Breakthrough Partner of the Year for EMEA. Over 100% revenue growth from 2019 to 2020 was achieved, as well as securing the first Anthos project in the UK.

Leaving Google, one of the best companies in the world, to rejoin PA, was a very tough call for me. However, I did so in good faith as a few people at PA, who I had previously trusted, offered me the opportunity to lead and grow the Google Cloud Alliance. Unfortunately, it became immediately clear that the expectations set were false. A key learning experience for me in many ways, and one I will not forget.

In collaboration with PA's clients and partners (Google, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft) I led the business development activities and helped customers plan, architect and implement 'full-stack' digital transformation programmes.

Way ahead of it's time!! A "Highly Commended" and award winning consultancy. Founded from my Ph.D research around data and insights strategy, using the latest technologies including Cloud and Data Science techniques. Through Somatica I also worked at Board level with a number of agencies, consultancies, tech providers and industry sector enterprises.

I constructed and delivered courses on digital and data transformation strategy. Ranging from acquisition, retention, journey mapping and the design thinking to build out the digital stack and architecture to support. I also directly consulted with a selection of FTSE 250 enterprises.

Gomez acquired ActualIt Solutions, a tech consultancy, which I co-created, invested in and grew. Specialising in digital and IT performance, data engineering and analytics. We introduced "leading edge" SaaS technology into the UK market through selected US partnerships with Keynote Systems, Akamai, Gomez, Empirix and Porivo. ActualIT was acquired by Gomez in Feb 2003. Post acquisition I became the VP of EMEA, for Gomez, responsible for commercial contribution and go to market strategy for everything outside of N. America; growing the customer base across Europe and helping attract additional venture capital investment to accelerate growth. Gomez was subsequently acquired by Dynatrace.

Previously Symbol Technologies, the global leaders in automatic data capture and one of the first to develop localised wireless communications across the Internet. (Pre 802.11 and wifi). I led the commercial and product marketing team, working with a number of key clients in the UK, responsible for all revenue growth. Most pleasing was the acquisition of the Amazon account in the UK, Holland and Germany. This opened up my eyes to the real potential of the Internet, so I decided to leave to co-set up my own consultancy.

Changing from green to civvies, this was my first job in the "real world". Started in the R&D Department working and developing digital control and communications systems. I moved into the Commercial Area. Working across the UK on a number of major multi-million accounts including British Gas, The NEC and a number of government departments.

Nearly 10 years of wearing green and khaki. I spent the majority of my time inside Challenger Main Battle Tanks, repairing and fine tuning the electronic control and communications systems. It was a lot of fun; it was also very testing at times. Loaded with unique experiences and people who I will always trust and never forget. A place where I quickly learnt real life values, beliefs and behaviours. Brothers not colleagues.
