Provide BOG leadership and oversight for the achievement of the USPA mission statement in terms of USPA philosophy, strategy, objectives and goals.• Provide leadership and exhibit professionalism in terms of volunteer service to a 501c6 organization. • Facilitate increased communication, awareness and interaction within the Association to ensure compliance with USPA Constitution, Bylaws, Rules, Tournament Conditions and Policies as approved and amended from time to time by the USPA BOG and/or USPA Delegates.

Served as Chairman of the committee which seeks to create opportunities to support and increase the ties between the armed forces and polo communities through the promotion of events that support the military community and the development of partnerships to increase military participation in the sport of polo.• Leads 20 plus person committee in the development of eight projects including sponsorship, strategic communications, national and international events, budgeting and membership growth.Developed, socialized and executed concept of USPA Circuit and National military tournaments to recognize historic ties between military and polo.Worked with USPA Board of Governors and increased Armed Forces Committee budget from $10K to $30K.

The Polo Training Foundation's purpose is to establish and administer a series of funds, including memorial, advisory, international, endowment, intercollegiate/ interscholastic, and others. These funds are dedicated to support Polo in collegiate or scholastic sports curriculums, promote international goodwill through Polo competition, and above all, encourage development and sportsmanship through teaching young people the principles of the game of Polo.

• Planned and executed fund raisers for three wounded veteran charities, Warrior and Family Support Center (2013), Operation Comfort (2014) and Green Beret Foundation (2015) raising over $9K.

Information Operations Analyst at JIOWC a Chairman's Controlled Activity on short-term contract.• Facilitated development of Department of Defense (DoD) joint doctrine on assessments in operational planning.• Developing DoD wide survey to determine if Information Operations (IO) program should become a program of record.• Assisting in creation of IO war game for flag and general officer level IO course.

The Joint Information Operations Warfare Center Assessments Branch provides the Combatant Commands with the assessment tools and processes needed to inform commanders on Information Operations effectiveness, and consolidates and aggregates joint Information Operations assessment and reports results to the Joint Staff.• Identified a critical joint doctrine gap in DoD Joint Information Operations ROI reporting -- spearheaded reengineering plan; led to modification of procedures, to include an ROI assessment chapter being added to joint publications/guidelines.• Developed ROI criteria to inform senior leaders on the effectiveness of Information Operations (IO); consolidated/aggregated data and published ROI reports for Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff.• Led process improvement of U.S. Congress-directed DoD Information Operations Quarterly Activities Report to the House Armed Services Committee. Oversaw centralization of websites and reporting processes. Resulted in first fiscal year (2013) that U.S. Congress did not decrement IO budgets.• Directed IO planning team that coordinated with major U.S. military groups to conduct an in-depth review and analysis of IO plans. Review resulted in more clearly defined and effective operational plans -- improved joint IO planning and execution.• Identified a key organizational training gap; created innovative solution that ensured new personnel received required IO training. Increased organizational support, saving $35K of $500K annual budget.

Managed the Egyptian Navy Foreign Military Sales program. Coordinated the 1.3 billion dollar annual Foreign Military Sales program with DSCA Egyptian Desk. Directed all naval service FMS acquisition programs. Coordinated with U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, Corps of Engineers, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Army, Navy and Air Force security cooperation organizations in planning, executing and resolving Egyptian Navy FMS acquisition and support issues. Provided advice and counsel to both senior U.S. and Egyptian Navy leaders on doctrine, operational maintenance, training and logistic support provided under the FMS program. Managed End-Use-Monitoring program for all USN equipment in-country.• Negotiated expansion of new construction program from three to four ships; $1.2B contract awarded.• Led development of a USA-Egypt international security initiative, coordinating with U.S. Military and Department of State organizations. Orchestrated multiple Security Assistance Programs – improved the efficiency of the programs.• Managed logistics for a 100-member security assistance organization responsible for the maintenance of all Egyptian Navy FMS ships and concurrent training of personnel. Resulted in the combat readiness of six Egyptian Naval vessels and thousands of personnel.• In partnership with Egypt’s Military, led the procurement, distribution, maintenance, operations and related training of U.S. Defense Department materials and services. Managed 90+ contracts valued at more than $1.8B.

Supervised the annual education and training of 100 officer candidates preparing to receive commissions into the Navy and Marine Corps.• Led development and implementation of ‘Leadership Skills’ course curriculum, including lesson plans, guided discussion and guest lecturers. Initiative resulted in course being earmarked as a UT Significant Writing Component Course.• Launched unit safety program; benchmark program helped organization achieve ‘outstanding’ rating during annual safety inspection.

• Directed C4 (command, control, communications and computers) for all U.S. Naval warships and bases in Europe and Africa; ensured continuous and effective communications supporting the Global War on Terrorism.• Oversaw U.S. Navy IT Network, including 600+ personnel and a multi thousand dollar budget. Managed funding, maintenance, hardware and software upgrades and connectivity for classified and unclassified networks.• Planned and directed communications for U.S., Allied and NATO operations overseas. Orchestrated both classified and unclassified radio and IT communications for several ships and aircraft – including hundreds of personnel and numerous shore stations.

Oversaw all aspects of ship operations - staffing, budgeting, training, maintenance, tactical, operational and communication systems. • Led and managed 100+ personnel and more than $250M in assets, including an annual operating budget over $3M – in support of U.S. Navy mine warfare missions.• Led the combat planning, operations, equipment, maintenance and training for a Mine Countermeasure ship, which excelled by achieving ‘ship readiness’ for deployment and passing Engineering, Damage Control and Combat Systems certification requirements.• Directed and executed operational plans to return four ships from deployment – to homeport safely.
