I have worked in manufacturing for 24 years in various positions such as production, machining, welding, maintenance design and engineering. I'm currently working as a designer which I have been doing for the last 12 years. I really enjoy using my creativity and visualization to solve complex mechanical problems. It's very rewarding to see my designs get turned into real machine that function as intended. Prior to becoming a designer, I worked as a machinist, welder, fabrication, assembly, electrical and hydraulic technician. This broad background of hands on skills gives me the ability to create designs with consideration for the whole life cycle of the tooling and machinery.
