I have been working in the restaurant industry for over 10 years now. I have done it all from working as a hostess to serving then bartending and now managing some days of the week. Throughout my time in this industry I have grown as a person in many ways. I have exceptional customer service skills. I can work in any type of environment from slow to fast paced and I have developed leadership skills that increase daily. I have recently (within this past year) become very aware of how well I thrive in a leadership role. As well as a role that allows me to organize or create structure within a work environment. This has led me to an interest in any type of career that allows me the opportunity to be creative with my organization skills. I have considered potential jobs ranging from being a personal assistant, to managing, to even event planning. I am currently in the process of trying to find the perfect position for myself that will allow me the potential to grow by using the skills I feel I’m best at and one that will also will teach me how to enhance them.
