Senior Digital Account Manager
Current-Managing our premium, top-tier clients and digital campaigns while acting as the main point of contact for all internal cross-functional teams to deliver measurable and attainable results. -Managing over 50 accounts totaling over $150,000 in gross monthly revenue-Directly responsible for the relationship, project management, campaign performance, and overall success of the client. -Consistently delivering above and beyond performance providing exceptional customer services and a high level of communication to advocate for the client on a monthly basis.-Not only am I responsible for managing my top-tier book of business but I also train new CSMs when they join the organization and continuously provide mentorship beyond their onboarding.-Responsibilities include:**Facilitating swift and successful account onboarding and set-up through collaboration with various fulfillment teams and sales reps in the field in organizing internal/client meetings and capturing/distributing meeting notes**Project management/strategy/timing/scheduling**Monitoring campaign development tasks/milestones**Enforcing quality control through multiple rounds of QA**Working closely with fulfillment teams to ensure timely and successful campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting.
