Additionally I was enrolled in Lush U where I completed courses that expanded upon company values, industry trends, product ingredients and purpose, as well as de-escalation training. I successfully completed hair, skin, bath, shower and fragrance courses. All training coincided with customer interaction which was immediate, positive and highly gratifying.
