Our business has grown from one Franna crane to a modern fleet of 20 mobile cranes, trucks and specialised lifting equipment over our 24 year journey. My entire career has been spent in male dominated industries so I understand the challenges for women working in these industries. I am passionate about women in leadership. Women possess qualities far superior to our male counterparts when managing people. Women are strong communicators, willing to share knowledge and are empathetic towards staff challenges.
