Conceptualize and implement expansion of pre-health virtual shadowing, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for students across numerous educational institutions in Florida. Supervise activities of Outreach Directors and Ambassador Teams at participating institutions, ensuring organization and effective collaboration between the local Program and their team members.

Oversee in-person and virtual outreach efforts to students at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, plan and execute leadership development training for Ambassador Teams, design graphics, and manage social media, event planning, and fundraising opportunities.

Interact with online communities to promote advocacy and empower those who experience migraine and headache disorders by sharing credible resources from the American Migraine Foundation, discouraging the spread of misinformation, and stimulating positive conversations about migraine within the community. Actively monitor and participate in FaceBook Group "Move Against Migraine" while staying current with new research, studies, and articles posted in the American Migraine Foundation's Resource Library.

Increased virtual shadowing program outreach through tabling and social media exposure; encouraged students to connect with healthcare professionals, monitored group chats to answer student questions, and recruited graduate students and healthcare professionals for events. Primary responsibilities included working with team to create and running events for undergraduate students, including a networking event, an in-person banquet, and a virtual banquet.
