I'm passionate about organizing and creating great experiences for customers and employees. In 2023, I co-founded a mountain bike shuttle business. I've learned so much from this weekend side-hustle, but most importantly, how valuable a positive customer experience is for a business. My co-founder and I work hard to provide a good experience online, in person, and in our marketing campaigns. Our hard work paid off in the second half of our first season, when we sold out of shuttle spots 6 weekends in a row.A little history about me: I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I attended Utah State University and competed as a Division 1 athlete in Pole Vault before graduating with a Marketing degree. After college, I explored different sales positions and I was a weekend ski instructor for 5 seasons. Then I worked in SaaS sales for 5 years. During the pandemic, I decided to pursue a role closer to my degree in marketing and try to gain as much experience as possible as fast as possible. Thankfully, I found great people to work for who gave me a chance to try everything I could, albeit slightly less than full time. But I'm ready to apply my skills for a company full time.I believe my experience coordinating and managing marketing events for Any Hour Services, managing almost every aspect of marketing at Foster's Refillery at some point over the last 3 years, and owning and operating the Richfield Bike Shuttle has set me up to kill it in my next role.
