Licensed Professional Counselor currently working as a therapist with LifeStance Health. Driven to counseling by a passion to walk alongside individuals through their journey to peace and self-actualization. Utilizing evidenced based practices and a client centered approach to assist individuals in taking their lives into their own hands to reach optimal emotional awareness and connection to ones self and others. I aspire to be an empathetic and unbiased entity helping individuals and couples heal and find peace in their lives.With a history of working in addiction, I also come with a great deal of experience and knowledge in trauma, motivation, anxiety, and depression to name a few.
