With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources operations, and having worked in high-velocity, technical, and government recruiting, I have developed both a depth and breadth to my experience. In addition, I have committed to ongoing development, completing both an MBA and an MA in Human Resources Management, and completing the Accelle Leadership Program earlier this year, in addition to certifications in Compensation and Technical Recruiting. ★ ★ ★For the past handful of years, I have served as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager with Perceptyx. Given we develop innovative people solutions that empower our clients to create a differentiating employee experience, it has been vital I embody that same ethos when building our own talent and culture. Filling high-volume demands for key employers such as FedEx, DirecTV, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, I scaled TA practices, drove recruiting efficiencies, and focused intensely on sourcing quality to mitigate costly attrition and surpass clients’ expectations. On more than one occasion, I also trained and developed teams, facilitated development initiatives for hiring managers, and became a key ‘go-to’ resource for championing the alignment of HR, TA, and business objectives.
