I earned my certification as a group fitness instructor and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher while in college as a way to earn additional income and make friends in a healthy-minded community. As an instructor, I am able to teach variations of Yoga Sculpt, CorePower 1, and Hot Power Fusion. I believe yoga is an excellent way to open one's heart, mind, and body to new dimensions of self-awareness and tranquility. Being in the service of others as a teacher, I aim to guide students through their practice and help them build stronger, healthier, and more mindful lives.

In my role as a Medical Assistant, I greet patients, gather their medical history and critical consents, and prepare them for their procedures. Upon my assessment, I determine what the physician assistant will need for each procedure and assemble the appropriate equipment such as lasers, injectables, and treatment aids. I assist during exams, take before-and-after photos, record procedure notes, and calm patient nerves. I field patient questions, collect payment, and schedule future appointments. I train new staff, streamline administrative processes, and turnover procedure rooms to ensure a clean and safe treatment area.
