Based in Norwich and Great Yarmouth the company operates from 2 sites, employing 140 staff and a production capacity of 30,000t's annually.Managing Director from May 2011, oversaw the expansion of the business with the acquisition of 154,000sq ft facility and installation of a 10,000t Buhler short cut pasta line.Successfully tendered for local Government grant of £500,000 to facilitate acquisition.Launched branded product in Co-Op stores to compete with Italian pasta.Won contract to supply world leading snack company with potato snacks for national launch.Led sales teams at global expos in Sweden, Dubai and USA to win new business in Houston, New York, Illinois, Spain,Yemen and Iraq.
