• Responsible for E&M monitoring, repair and maintenance within ESF facilities (22 schools).• Formulate, plan, execute and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance activities for assigned schools in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.• Administer maintenance works including implementation of procurement, issuance work orders, quality control of the works, coordination with school stakeholders, handle payment process.• Build maintenance database and define its best usage for maintenance planning/ordering and financial administration. • Review/analyze real life cases and recommend both short and long terms improvement suggestions.• Conduct quality control activities and customer satisfaction survey.• Maintain and update equipment/materials inventory database, works order system, approved contractor/consultant and specialist contractor lists.

• Responsible in maintenance, operation, close monitoring of DCS(District Cooling System) plant for Phase 2 and 3 buildings and individual chiller plants in Phase 1 buildings. (Total of 25 buildings)• Review and prepare tenders to comply with HVAC related projects and needs.• Generate and analyze monthly energy (Electricity, Water and Gas) consumption report.• Provide energy saving measures to decrease utilities cost and maintain efficiency of the DCS plant.• Supervise the performance of maintenance contractors on quality and services level.• Prepare engineering related reports for internal and external audit.

Responsible in maintenance, operation, data analysis and close monitoring of IBMS controlled and operated 10 units 4000TR TRANE Centrifugal chillers, Heat Pumps, Hot Water Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, Generators, Primary Pumps, Auxiliary Pumps, Main LPG system.Perform PM and CM of plant equipment.Utilization of MAXIMO software with regards to manpower activities to improve efficient work order completion.Perform mechanical/electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, modification and improvement.Analyzation of water and electricity consumptions to devise effective operational modifications to achieve better savings.

Main duties and responsibilities is focused on overall operation and maintenance of Power Transformers, Switch gears, Back-up Power Generators, Individual main and branch electrical circuits, FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System) and Security surveillance system serving a Commercial building.Assist the Building Administration Officer – Mechanical on the overall operation and maintenance of Water cooled chillers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers and Air Handling Units.Responsible for monitoring operation and daily activities of Housekeeping and Security team.Create PM and CM schedules for building equipment.Perform materials costing and acquisition, Safety Practices, Review of building equipment performance and efficiency.Perform Administrative works such as utilities consumption billing for mall tenants, contracts monitoring, and attending to mall tenant related concerns.Proposed and Executed replacement of existing 2 units 2 MVA Power Transformer to an increased capacity of 2 units 3 MVA Power Transformer to better serve existing and increasing power load demand of the establishment.Create capital projects and improvements within approved budget allocations.Supervise any planning, execution, testing and commissioning of projects proposed by various Service providers for the improvement of building operations.

Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of Package Water Cooled Air Conditioning Units , Power Transformers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Backup power generators, LPG Tank Farm, FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System) serving a BPO building.Responsible for monitoring operation and daily activities of Housekeeping and Security team.Create PM and CM schedules for building equipment.Perform materials costing and acquisition, Safety Practices, Review of building equipment performance and efficiency.Perform Administrative works such as utilities consumption billing for building tenants, contracts monitoring, and attending to customer related concerns.Supervise any planning, execution, testing and commissioning of projects proposed by various Service providers for the improvement of building operations.Utilization of SAP program for tenant utilities billing generation.
