Born in Hong Kong where he lived for 25 years, Karl has spent almost 40 years in various countries of Asia, in addition to 5 years in Australia.With 17 years’ experience of managing hotels & catering operations around the world before starting his own Management Consultancy firm in Hong Kong, he is able to assist clients to perform more effectively through improved processes, training & people management.Karl provides a breadth of expertise including 9 years as a human resources consultant/change agent & trainer; plus 8 years as an investment advisor & property developer.He has a strong background of negotiating in hostile markets and acting as a change agent for global organisations.
