I started as a Finance and operations manager in Marks and Spencer's largest stores with turnover exceeding £50 million controlling staffing and operational costs as well as all aspects of Health and Safety and SLA’s. For the last 2 years I have been Store Manager of the 4th largest Food and hospitality store in the UK successfully adding 50% growth this financial year.

Covering various single site, project and multistore roles with turnovers all exceeding £10 million with full profit and loss as well as clinical responsibility for Pharmacy and opticians. All roles included large beauty halls and retail businesses. As part of my role I also managed and developed Care home service businesses and became adept at gaining new business. I am seasoned in leading profit with all pharmacy services.I also have vast experience in beauty counter management and consultant leadership.

Leading 4 stores in the South Wales area including opening a Flagship Cardiff branch I developed skills in performance leadership, recruitment and profit protection.

My first oppurtunity as a store manager developing key commercial and leadership skills. I was able to vastly increase revenues by introduction of Sports Nutrition products and became responsible for the wider area of stores.

As a self employed personal trainer I forged strong relationships with my clients and am incredidibly proud of helping one lose 9 stone! I developed skills in public presentation also through teaching a number of excersice class disciplines.
