Worked in Atea's group of IT-Management consultants in the Stockholm region. The assignments could include roles as Project Manager or Various IT-Management positions. The method used for Project Delivery was PPS. As a Project Manager, I had assignments of varying character, but mainly Transition Projects. Example of assignments:A private company in the healtcare sector - Transformation of Service Desk and Workplace services, mapping and explanation of economic flows. Public sector - Establish an organization to deliver Software Asset Management after winning successful procurement.

I was part of a dedicated team working for one of EDB's largest customers. My role involved technical customer responsibility, where I was responsible for making requests and changes in delivery to the customer. In addition to supporting the customer in their own strategy work, investigations and pre studies also existed. The work also involved coordination of product owners and technology specialists who developed solutions for the implementation of services and products. In addition, I created calculations for implementations.

The role also included responsibility for all IT-purchases and IT-projects in Sweden. For two years I was in the Change Advisory Board for Northern Europe, where I approved and secured IT changes for the Nordic countries according to ITIL.
