Current1) Material Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials (e.g., aluminum, glass, steel) to ensure they meet required quality standards before installation2) On-Site Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify that installation follows proper procedures and meets required quality levels.3) Documentation Management: Ensure that quality documentation (e.g., inspection reports, material certifications, test results) is properly maintained and available for audits or client review.4) Testing and Certification: Coordinate performance testing of curtain wall systems (e.g., air, water infiltration, structural performance) with third-party labs and ensure certifications are up-to-date.5) Quality Audits: Conduct regular internal and external audits to verify the effectiveness of the QA systems and ensure continuous improvement.6) Client Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding quality-related issues and provide reports on quality assurance status.
