Making lifestyle, health and body changes can be challenging, and my job is to help my clients overcome the challenge and make the changes last!I am personally and professionally commitment to fitness, health, and exercise demonstrated by obtaining credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through NASM, Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA, with certifications in Muay Thai Fitness and Metabolic Conditioning Coach. I have helped clients change old behaviors, build new habits and gain results as owner/ operator of FitYou Studio, former personal trainer at Brick Bodies Rotunda and The Y in Catonsville (YMCA). I've also met my own significant personal fitness and weight loss goals, which allows me to empathize with and relate to the journey.As a lifelong learner, I am committed to continuing education and cutting-edge practices through daily reading, podcasts and research - I am a sponge when it comes to all things fitness and health, and I share that knowledge and passion with my clients.
