Administrative Assistant to support Major Gifts, Planned Giving and Alumni Relations teams for Advancement Office. • Create and execute queries, exports and reports in Raiser’s Edge• Provide excellent customer service – on the phone, electronically, and in person – to donors, alumni, parents, Board members, and all points of contact• Ensure that all contact and discovery reports are entered and documented properly• Execute and deliver monthly pipeline reports and visit reports by prescribed deadlines• Work with the Advancement Services Manager to ensure that all current gifts and pledges are accurately entered and documented properly• Work with gift officers and Director of Marketing to ensure accuracy and delivery of gift proposals• Assist Gift Recording and Accounting with appropriate paperwork to adjust capital and/or campaign gifts and pledges for a smooth transaction to help prevent auditing issues• Add gift information and donor correspondence to central files as needed and for historical purposes• Maintain office calendar, particularly with respect to ensuring that all visit appointments are timely and correct• Help to prepare power point presentations, charts and graphs to provide office and campaign updates• Support the Thring Society in its entirety
