I started my career in IBEC, gaining invaluable experience in the Change Management, IR/ER and Management Development space before moving to Irish Life to lead a major transformation programme. At Diageo Ireland, I was HR Director for the Baileys Global Supply business and subsequently Change and Employee Relations Director for Diageo’s Irish Business where I developed a strong reputation for high-impact transformational leadership coaching.As Director of Change Solutions, I specialise in change coaching, supporting leaders going through transformational change. My approach to coaching leaders is based on building a strong “Trusted Partner” relationship as a basis for providing challenge, support and stretch to unlock leadership potential and possibility.I work with leaders to develop deep personal insights and identify key leadership strengths. Through coaching, we identify and surface issues that may inhibit progression and effectiveness – ways of working, behaviours and thought patterns.I draw on my extensive organisation, commercial and change management experience within my coaching.
