Regional Director of European projects and partnerships for One Tree Planted. One Tree Planted is a non-profit environmental charity on a mission of global reforestation. As an environmental charity, we are dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity, and help reforestation efforts around the world. All by planting trees!Started in 2014, we have more than doubled the number of trees planted year over year, and work with awesome reforestations partners across 47 countries who help us get trees in the ground. A key role leading the organisation. Responsible for the £2m P&L, strategy, operations, human resource, marketing and business development activities. Leading 20 staff while establishing management information (MI) reporting to the Board/Owner on a weekly basis. My role included planning and implementing business development strategies aimed at increasing customer spend and numbers whilst remaining true to the principles of the box scheme and the farm. My achievements in this role include:• Increased year on year sales 5% and smashed several sales records • Developing strategic relationships with local businesses, schools and hospitals• Leading successful internal restructuring and reducing procurement costs by thousands of pounds • Finalist in the Soil Association Organic Awards: Veg box of the year

Reporting to the Chair of the Board as part of the senior leadership team; I led our partnerships across the EU and managed relations with a portfolio of national accounts in the government, education and private sectors across the UK. Change Agents UK aims to raise public awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals and the climate emergency. Support and empower the next generation to have the skills and knowledge needed for the future. Build networks that engage individuals and organisations in working towards a zero-carbon future.I developed new relationships externally via partnership meetings, events and speaking engagements. Internally I acted as the customer champion, establishing a standard set of tools and templates in line with programme governance needs and driving the adoption and awareness of professional standards across the organisation. My achievements in this role include:• Delivery of organisational income growth from £500k to over £1m one year ahead of target.• Creation and delivery of a clear, goal orientated business plan to improve our project processes and deliver business growth. • I led the implementation of a new CRM system which resulted in an enhanced service for customers, improved usability and enhanced data management and segmentation. • Managed and delivered a number of training programmes. • Delivery of a full rebrand and managing the above in line with budgetary requirements and within strict governance deadlines.

An international role, covering regions from Dubai to Russia, I operated as my team’s COO. When I joined the team operations were failing to meet the standards required by the time I left they were exceeding standards and I had won an internal service recognition award. This required me to build relationships fast with marketing directors across EMEA, in different time zones and cultures.
