Hire Quest acquired Snelling and Link Staffing and is converting the offices to the name Snelling.HireQuest, Inc. (Nasdaq: HQI), a Goose Creek, SC-based national franchisor of on-demand and temporary staffing services, announced that its subsidiary, HQ Link Corporation, is to acquire the franchised operations of LINK Staffing, a family-owned staffing company based in Houston, Texas, for approximately $11m in cash.HireQuest Inc. (NASDAQ: HQI), a national staffing franchisor, struck a deal to acquire Snelling Staffing, a 67-year-old company headquartered in Richardson, Texas, with $95 million in sales in 2020. The deal calls for HireQuest to pay approximately $17.3 million before working capital adjustments.
