• Influence and motivate authorized retail partners to increase productivity results with Cricket sales metrics while providing exceptional customer service.• Orchestrate grassroots marketing and events for the 12 stores in 4 states I supported.• Facilitate marketing relationships with radio stations and other businesses to develop marketing plans/events to support my retail locations.• Plan and participate in events to build and strengthen relations with retailers and customers.• Develop sales and training objectives for each retailer to build and achieve sales goal.• Manage rollout of company programs, promotions, tools, trainings and instill a culture of excellence.• Analyze business reports for trends & communicate findings to retailers to develop effective business plans.• Serve as a liaison between the company & authorized retailers to identify and resolve issues.
