With over 25 years of professional experience in various industries and functions, I help lead the ETONIEN, enhanceHCM and Crosby Row divisions of ETONIEN, delivering specialized solutions around the Office of the CFO (on a project, interim or interim-to-hire basis), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Optimization, including Sourcing and Procurement, to Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies.My mission is to provide value-added services to clients by leveraging my expertise in finance, operations, strategy, and digital transformation. I have successfully led and executed complex projects, such as merger and acquisition integrations, turnaround and restructuring plans, ERP/HRIS system implementations, and process improvement initiatives for US-based and multi-national companies. I also have served on numerous corporate boards, and currently serve as a board member at Zuca, Inc., an innovator in travel and luggage products.
