Dubbed "The Face of IT" by the IT Director because of my ability to connect with the workers, I deliver services desk-side, virtually or in classroom settings. or via cloud-based LMS. Single-handedly executed a migration of all 1000+ users and all content from one LMS system to TalentLMS ahead of schedule. My efforts sourcing, deploying and end-to-end production of content on an E-learning portal enabled over 37,000 hours of sessions between 2015 and 2022 alone. Computer classes were transformed from day-long marathons to task-specific sprints, more than tripling annual classroom attendance. Collaboration with the Safety team enabled the conversion of safety announcements and dozens of face-to-face courses to online delivery. Deliverables include topical necessities like basic cybersecurity and soft skills including leadership, task and time management, team building, improvisation exercises to spark creativity, effective listening and more. Working at the Calgary Campus (also known as ABES). Responsible for teaching adults in a re-training program to prepare for an entry level position in IT support. Subjects included but were not limited to DOS; Windows; Hardware; MS Office; Networking Essentials. ABES specialized in giving students more than technical training, making sure they re-learned how to be a student and included career transition skills.

Managed as many as 15 apprentice & journeyman Telecommunications & IT Technicians.
