About Karl Pragassen

As the Managing Director of A.C.T. - Offshore Limited and A.C.T. - Management Limited, I have made it my mission each day:- to remove impediments that could affect the productivy of my team- to help each person be more effective- to generate enthusiam and to ensure that we all put a lot of energy and focus into serving our clients well- to promote better ways of workingA.C.T. was founded in 1995 and we formed the very first Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) on the 21st March 1995, almost immediately after the re-launch of the Seychelles International Financial Services industry. We went on to form the very first Company with Special Licence (CSL) and Limited Partnership. We were also one of the first licenced service providers for Seychelles Foundations.I officially joined A.C.T. in 2002, at a time when the company needed to adapt quickly to increased regulation and increased demand for its services. I digitalized many of the core functions of the company and convinced a number of large clients to work with us exclusively. We also began a program to build up and train a team of young Seychellois, supported by experienced local professionals. Due to those efforts we have a gained a reputation for being a fast, reliable and responsive corporate and trust service provider.My team and I are always happy to help but in case we cannot we are always happy to connect you to the people who can.
