    As Head of Information Technology and Operational Excellence, I led the management of our IT infrastructure, establishing new standards for IT operations. Together with my team we led the digitalisation efforts in the factory that included setting up setting up smart scale solutions. We automated onboarding and offboarding processes and developed First-In-First-Out (FIFO) implementation solutions, alongside introducing new short-term planning tools in our ERP system.I introduced Cybersecurity maturity assessments, network penetration testing, and implementing conditional access across the company. We rolled out new cybersecurity training programs. One of our biggest achievements during that time was to revamp our processess and tools to setup an IATF-approved IT organization. We set up an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system for our customers and implemented automated scheduling in the ERP system.My team was responsible for creating a new ERP development model based on Head Users and established new learning and knowledge spaces for ERP development.Leading the Agile Development team we set new targets for iterative process management in the development process and introduced Scrum methodologies to multiple new teams.

Additionally, I initiated the creation of an educational portal for our ERP system and developed applications such as the Epicor Inspection app. I was an Agile Coach to Scrum Masters, who successfully introduced a new Cell and module development process. Among other things we also implemented new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) reporting rules and developed the required functionalities.
