Most of the infrastructure was hosted on VMWare Clusters, so troubleshooting and management of that resource was part of the responsibilities as well. I managed the Exchange Servers, and migrated our primary email services to Office 365, while maintaining a hybrid deployment. For our several domains, I deployed and managed our SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records to address email authentication. I used a third party tool to manage and view the DMARC reports to help us address any delivery issues and to observe trends as we changed settings on those DNS records.I migrated specific service from on premises to cloud.
