Defined, onboarded, and motivated multiple squads of developers and product managers to deliver world-class data quality and migration solutions for the largest enterprise program in Nike history. Implemented a Global SAP Central Finance Solution, achieving 100% accuracy with data migration. This intricate initiative required managing three releases concurrently and going live with all releases within a six-month period.
