Unite2Uplift, Inc. was established as a nonprofit in 2020 by a group of professionals wanting to create a support system to assist students facing socioeconomic barriers. Coming from an immigrant community ourselves, we want to provide connections and skills to gain access to both education and resources necessary to focus on work and life preparedness. With a goal to empower young adults to make positive changes in their life, we work with Title-I schools and youth organizations in the Denver metropolitan area to promote self-growth, community bonding, upward economic mobility, and a sense of hope.Our mission is to help underprivileged students build their future through Education and Community Support. We offer four distinct programs:• Career Readiness: Assist with job readiness, career exploration and professional skills certification.• Take it easy: Focus on personal growth and mindfulness.• Local And Global: Facilitate multi-cultural orientation for educators. • Helping People, Changing Lives: Support for students and families with basic needs. Unite2Uplift, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, and we served over 815 individuals in 2021.The initial goal: To contribute meaningfully to the community by addressing limited work preparedness skills and to surround students with a nurturing community. It is our experience that the standard career preparation programs are not sufficient to develop youth to be successful. Access to subject matter experts, orientation on essential soft skills and cultural competence are important building blocks to help prepare youth for the 21st century workforce.

• Manage the delivery of services to mid-market and strategic national clients, with a focus on operational profitability and P&L management• Periodic performance management • RPO management• Demonstrate success in SOW project management, overseeing multiple IT recruitment projects and achieving significant gross profit in a short timeframe.• Ensures operational rigor and fundamentals are understood and implemented consistently, including; month and daily plans, service delivery and job management, business development and candidate generation• Implemented data driven decisions to pre-empt potential issues and act upon the diagnosis; build a business case for investment based upon facts/data, and to performance manage

• Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts nationwide• Participating in RFP to win exclusive contracts to Modis• Use of numerous VMS systems• Weekly update calls with MSP/CWP for each account• Manage the RDMs and all aspects of center recruiting function.• Mentor and train new and existing RDMs including but limited to:• Use of Salesforce, Bullhorn and other CRM's• Recruiting strategies• Skills assessment tools• Lead role playing exercises• Establishing a hot book of candidates by skill set/industry• Acceptable use of 3rd party vendors• Provides periodic training/refresher training on recruiting topics (effective use of Job Boards, obtaining leads and referrals, etc).• Establish and implement recruiting strategies• Provide candidate quality screening as needed to gauge RDM effectiveness and improve client hiring ratios• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each RDM to review performance against key metrics and minimum expectations• Review RDM activity metrics against set expectations on a regular basis; interviews, submittals, , placements, headcount and gross profit dollars• Assist with daily issue resolutions and ensuring appropriate job order coverage• Daily review of RDM’s systems
