WWR is the official command charged by the Commandant of the Marine Corps to provide leadership and facilitate the integration of non-medical and medical care to combat and non-combat wounded, ill, and injured Marines, sailors attached to Marine units, and their family members in order to maximize recovery as they return to duty or transition to civilian life.➢ Reviewed and revised KPIs and created decision points to reduce delays in individual patients’ medical process, improve compliance and delivery of Reserve Medical Entitlements, and maximize outreach of the WWR Merlin German Call Center.➢ Briefed hundreds of commanders, senior enlisted advisors, and foreign dignitaries on the mission and processes of WWR.➢ Directly involved in working groups comprised of Department of Defense and Veterans Administration subject matter experts to review or develop program, systems and policy, in compliance with current legislation, to ensure delivery of enhanced benefits for service members, veterans, and their families.
