I have been a resident in the Low Country since 1989. I joined Coastal Home and Villa Rentals in 1989. I became a managing partner in the rental company along with the broker-in-charge of Coastal Real Estate, (under the same roof), gaining valuable knowledge of the island, the properties, management of the properties, sales and marketing. After 16 years, the decision was made to sell the business, and after the sale of Coastal I decided to go into real estate sales full time. I have purchased land, and built 2 homes, the last being in Shipyard Plantation were I reside today. As a property manager with a business degree, and a licensed broker (since 1995), I have the education needed in helping people with their real estate needs.
