Headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, the company operates more than 40 production facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia.Responsible for developing and managing the full cycle recruitment process for the Rolled Product North America business unit within Aleris. This included seven (7) production facilities and the Corporate office. I team with HR Leaders, Hiring Manager and business unit leaders to develop and implement a recruiting strategy for open positions and manage all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through social media and other various methods, scheduling interviews, preparing offers and initiating the on-boarding process.I was responsible for identifying nearly 100 professional and production leadership professionals using the above stated methods with and average time to fill of 48 days while also reducing the recruiting spend by 23% annually.

South Shore Marine is the Midwest's leading dealer for Scout, Regal, Rampage, Carolina Classic and Pursuit boats. Located in Huron Ohio that offers a full line of new and used recreational boats and yachts. In addition, we offer Brokerage and full service capabilities.Responsible for the sales of high end new and certified pre-owned recreational boats and yachts throughout the Southern Shore of Lake Erie and the Islands. I prepared and executed individual marketing plans for developing new business while calling and following up on manufactures leads. Sold over $2.5 million of new and pre-owned inventory within the first 12 months selling over the winter months to start and into the summer. My goal was to understand not only the product, but even more importantly, my client and their intentions on how they wanted to enjoy the boating lifestyle. By building a strong relationship with my clients I was able to help them identify the products that would accommodate their needs and wants so to enjoy boating from the first time underway!
