• Improving the management reporting (actual and estimates) process on NSN level• Documentation of the finance workflows on NSN level after merger• Responsible for planning the finance integration of possible Nortel deal

• Responsible for the implementation of global finance structures, accounting principles, processes and systems/tools in Latin America during the first critical years of the merger • Responsible for the correctness of financial reporting • Heading the Revenue Recognition Board (Project Accounting) in the region• Ensuring efficient utilization of and competence development of finance resources in the region (my team decreased from 75 to 38 during SAP implementation)
