I primarily like to have leading positions in technology-intensive projects, and I am used to work with different parties, both nationally and internationally. I have a good system understanding and is driven by seeing and understand the whole picture.I believe relations and trust are both important to nurse for a good personal and professional success. To learn from my colleagues and get the opportunity to contribute with my own experience, drives me forward. I am best challenged when my work is focused on identify and driving necessary changes, when it leads to achieving the goals in a better or more efficient way.In my spare time I refurbish pinball and arcade games, fly RC models, drive my C303 off road, design electronics and play board games.
