-Coordinate catering orders from start to finish, including communication with customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, and maintaining accurate records.-Work with the marketing team to promote Pik Nik BBQ's services, including catering and private events, to potential customers.-Provide excellent customer service to in-person and phone customers, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.-Train and manage front-of-house and kitchen staff, including cashiers, waiters, and cooks, to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience as well as interviewing, hiring, and scheduling staff.
