Our services include: financial due diligence and rent-a-CFO.Financial due diligence:In a financial due diligence project we help our clients by identifying issues relating to closing the transaction, purchase price and terms of the sales purchase agreement. Rent-a-CFO:A rented CFO / Controller is suitable for small companies that are growing fast, but hiring a full time CFO is not yet relevant. In a typical Rent-a-CFO project, we develop internal financial reporting to an efficient tool for the company management to utilize. We provide an objective view of the financial situation of the company that supports and helps develop the business strategy.

The department is responsible for state ownership policy, the ownership steering of state-owned companies under the Prime Minister’s Office, expansion of ownership base, branch reorganisations, share investments, coordination of ministries' ownership steering procedures and interministerial cooperation.The employment was for a fixed period.My duty was to singlehandedly perform financial due diligence on 100% government owned companies (Itella, VR Group, Altia Group, Destia Group etc.) to provide the owner objective view of the historical financial performance concentrating on financial problem areas and development needs of internal financial reporting. I also coordinated the biannual stock portfolio performance reporting to Ministerial Committee for Economic Policy.
