I acquired the company and set about an overhaul.The first area to address was the culture – again, deeply entrenched in what “used to be” rather than “what is now.” We set that right, brought in new talent, and energized the team by aggressively pursuing new opportunities.► EXPANSION: By tapping into an area of the industry that was still growing, we were able to restore revenues and add valuable new customers.► ACQUISITION: I performed due diligence, negotiated the deal, and managed the acquisition and integration of a $9M family owned commercial printing company that added new capabilities.► DIVESTITURE: Having created value in the business, I orchestrated a profitable sale.

Result: breakeven within 2 years.► MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS: Reporting to the CEO, I managed the corporate mergers and acquisitions program leading to the acquisition and integration of Vestcom's digital printing business unit. A assembled a team to manage the facilities consolidation and integration of the Caven Point fulfillment center into the digital pointing business unit.► INTERIM BUSINESS UNIT CFO: At the request of the CFO, I stepped into an interim business unit CFO role to manage an overhaul of financial reporting procedures and controls and transition to a new hire permanent replacement.
