this is the final trimester of my LLM, 12 weeks of practice in a working "pro bono" law firm.

Dimensions Data.Researching pay rates for carers and inputting the data into an excel spreadsheet, using the data found I then used various formulas in order to run various simple functions to find mean, mode, and range of the data. I also used this data to create various visual representations of the data (graphs, bar charts and frequency charts) in order to ensure the company were paying a competitive salary when compared to their competitors in different regions.Royal College of Surgeons - May 2017 / May 2018 / May 2019 Data entry & Exam Invigilatortransferring data from a range of paper sources, I collected as many sheets as I could within 2 minutes and then checked the papers for errors ensuring the examiners had signed the sheets and filled in all the sections as well as totalled the numbers correctly, next I transferred the data from the sheets to a spreadsheet within 5 minutes ( before the next collection could be done) but accurately, the same data would then be inputted by someone else while I started the process with the next lot of data. To my knowledge no errors were found in my data.

Duties included: Dealing with inbound calls regarding occupational pensions while meeting required Service level agreements, Use of multiple systems and accurate note taking. Within this role there were around 300 different pension schemes we handled calls from around 200 of them.

Duties Include: dealing with inbound customer service calls regarding all aspects of banking savings and personal loans, solving problems by contacting relevant departments and members of staff, dealing with complaints as per Nationwide internal complaints process, keeping up to date with new products and systems and keeping accurate notes.
