Responsible for Sales and Support of Vokera’s heating products within Northern Home Counties. Maintaining and increasing sales for National and Independent Merchants. • Reaching the targets and goals set within my area• Establishing, maintaining and expanding my customer base• Account management of existing customers• Support to local installers and the end user• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market• Compiling and analysing sales figures• Holding technical mornings at wholesale and independent merchants• Working closely with third party partnerships, attending joint visits and regular meetings• Supporting company and customer events• Reporting to Regional Sales Director• Collecting customer feedback and market research• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Working alongside the Spare Parts Manager maintaining all stock levels of Vokera’s spare parts. Supporting Vokera’s Customer base, Customer Care team, Engineers and third party engineers throughout the UK. • Ensure that clerical support is given to Spare Parts manager through the generating of reports and verbally advising them• Receive incoming telephone calls from customers regarding general sales enquiries• Receive customer orders via fax and e-mail then the follow through of these orders from receipt to despatch• Ensure effective liaison re deliveries and customer queries. Advising customers of short deliveries of their orders and expected delivery dates of their orders• Receiving return notes from our customers and generating the relevant credit note• Proactively promote Vokera products through the customer base and any telephone calls taken• As required, carry out general office duties, administration and WP tasks as instructed by the Spare Parts Manager.
