Main Objective:Demonstrate to Corporate companies the value of Bats Baseball and how they can utilize our products to: increase their sales, retain/reward employees, and enhance customer relationships.Job Description & Expectations:• Complete 12 or more outside appointments with potential clients weekly• Maintain excellent relationships with current Season Ticket Holders• Prospect new business in assigned territories • Exceed 150 outgoing sales calls weekly• Market and sell primarily season tickets, luxury suite outings, and group tickets• Demonstrate excellent customer service and product knowledge• Achieve current goals and expectations

Job Description & Expectations:• Assist in daily preparation of suite pass lists and providing customer service to suiteholders• Make outgoing sales calls and respond to incoming ticket requests• Inspect suites pre-game for cleanliness and maintenance issues• Print signs for rental suites and place on the appropriate door nightly• Explain any special situations (early entry, privileges, etc.) to the usher/ticket taker• Maintain suite services desk and oversee pass lists and distribution of Will Call suite tickets• Monitor suites during the game, checking w/ suite catering attendants and ushers for problems• Unlock suites for guests and provide customer service throughout the game• Identify and report any maintenance issue/problem to Director of Operations• Ensure that suiteholders are leaving within the specified time frame and secure suite level access at the end of the night
