About Karly Karn

Born and raised in Callander, Ontario, a small town just outside of North Bay, Ontario. Went to Nipissing University and graduated with a B.A. in Biology Sciences, as well as a Bachelors of Education in the Primary Division with Qualifications to teach up to grade 10 Science. While working throughout University and Teachers College in the retail industry I found of love for customer service. After graduating I quickly moved into a management role and within a year found myself managing my own store at Call it Spring in North Bay. I have demonstrated strong leadership and managing skills that have led to a successful team that provides exceptional customer service and continue to create a store atmosphere that attracts a wide range of clientele. One of my favourite parts of running a store is visual merchandising because I love updating and creating new displays. I would say that organization, work ethic and my commitment to always striving to succeed are my strongest skills.

Ensure that all employees practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of the company in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
