Responsibilities:-Coordinate onboarding activities with external vendors and HRSS colleagues to ensure timely communication with new hires (prescreening activities, new hire paperwork, etc.)-Process HRAFs in respective systems as they arrive from HRBPs and HR managers, including personnel data changes, terminations, new hires, status changes, etc.-Support annual HR initiatives and projects as needed, including: new policy rollouts, open enrollment, and employee engagement surveys
