About Karly O.

I left corporate America because it wasn’t a good fit and was making me miserable. I had bad management and lost all motivation and drive. I decided to chase my dreams instead, and now work with likeminded individuals outfitting outdoorsy folks with the tools and equipment needed for gnarly adventures. I currently work at the oldest outdoor outfitter around, with people who are just as crazy as myself! I’m glad I didn’t settle and pursued my passions, turning them into my new career.Since starting at Logical Position, I have become well-versed and certified in Google Ads and Bing Ads, aiding hundreds of clients by increasing their brand recognition and return on ad spend. After operating on the back end for over a year, I moved into my current role as Logical Position's Event Marketing Specialist to organize, exhibit and attend events nationwide. I'm assisting with building this position from the ground up, implementing processes and reports in HubSpot & Quickbase to gauge event success. In the office, I am all about teamwork and camaraderie, since I know work is best done with many brains, rather than one. I enjoy getting along with everyone and have an effervescent personality that will cheer up even the gloomiest Eeyore. Who doesn’t love a cheery disposition, especially in the 6 months of interminable rain Portland experiences?Growing up as a military brat made change a constant companion, so adaptation is my middle name. I embrace transitions easily and quickly adjust to new systems, problems, and ideas. I run toward challenges to overcome - both professionally and personally - and strive to think outside of the box to devise unique solutions.
