Over the last 5 years at Expedition America, I have been promoted twice from Executive Assistant to Bookkeeper and I currently oversee all Accounting, Human Resource and Administrative operations.I was responsible for AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, onboarding new employees, compiling financial statements through our QuickBooks accounting software, categorizing company and sales expenses, invoicing customers and coordinating the daily schedule of the CEO. Prior to my employment, these duties were never documented for training purposes. As a result, I have created a 200+ page training manual that will serve as a template for all future employees in the Admin, HR and Accounting departments after my departure.
