Responsible for creating newsletters using Mailchimp to create engaging content and analysing the success of campaigns through the open and click through ratesConsistently reviewing new functionality, navigation, customer journey and product selection. Responsible for online sales across all channels and utilising platforms such as Magento, eBay, Amazon (B2C), Amazon Vendor Central (B2B), Wayfair, Houzz, Groupon, and Onbuy. Use of Adobe Illustrator to create and edit images across all sales channels.Creating monthly reporting across all channels and marketing activity and figures using exports from Magento, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Linnworks.Product and stock management using Linnworks.Liaising with account managers to create product campaigns and promotions focusing on key seasonal dates and product introductions.
