Manage a number of departments work load by creating and providing Production Schedules. Gather data from computer programs such as LillyWorks, Visual and Ignition. Provide material handling such as tracking labour throughout the plant floor, perform inventory counts and manually adjusting Finished Goods. Receive over ran material into stock as well as accurately balancing and closing out completed customer orders. Work closely with supervisors and lead hands for optimal efficiency. Manage and track specialty programs such as Stocking Programs for Automotive customers. Ensure Production Schedules are being followed and maintained daily while providing feedback to Customer Service. Receive, review and approve new Customer Orders. Provide weekly updates on lead times as well as performing month end duties. Continued by providing assistance throughout the Scheduling/Materials Department and throughout the plant.

In charge of creating and providing production schedules for extrusion presses. Work closely with Customer Service to ensure a steady work flow. Over see and sign off on incoming work orders. Accurately time production runs through schedules such as tracking customer orders, due dates and material handling. Provide Extrusion Presses with accurate runout calculations, up to date customer orders and work along side Process Engineers and Die Shop to ensure efficient run of material. Organize and maintain work order travelers as well as consistently updating and providing new Press Schedules daily. Other duties as assigned.

Play a key role amongst the Logistics and Scheduling department. Assist with inbound and outbound freight arrangements – create BOLs and audit shipping inventory. Approve and sign off on customer freight bills along with issuing credits for RMA’s. Manage and Organize company computer systems (Visual, LillyWorks & Ignition) by balancing and closing out work orders, review backlog weekly and submitting open order reports. Perform daily and weekly Inventory counts followed by making adjustments to ensure reports portals are accurate and consistent. Print and Organize work order travelers to be distributed throughout the plant. Other duties as assigned.

Ensure warehouse materials are stocked and accessible. Assist in customer deliveries to ensure on site fulfillment is obtained. Send and receive customer returns by processing RMA's to ensure proper manufacturer warranties. Observe technicians work flow to ensure proper set up of daily materials. Assist with other duties as they arise.
