Orthopaedic Surgery Physician Assistant
Function to support the Orthopaedic surgery ward, often comprising of 30-50 inpatients.- Working directly with supervising Orthopaedic Surgeon, round daily with ComprehensiveOrthopaedic Service (COS) team members, perform physical exams, wound checks, obtaininformed surgical and blood consent, lead family meetings and category status discussions.-Patient population of ward is mostly geriatric and adult.
